We welcomed Dr Antonia Koester (University of Potsdam) for the first time at Hong Kong Baptist University, who presented to our students and faculty her research about the effects of social referrals on consumers’ stickiness and referral propensity on websites. Our doctoral students had a chance to ask many questions about the research design, methods and practical implications, but also gained first-hand insight into a different research culture in Germany. We hope that our friend Antonia Köster is enjoying her stay in Hong Kong and we hope to see you more often!
